Antique Minton Bathing Beauty Plate Hand Painted Nude Gilman Collamore

Here's an elegant hand painted bathing beauty plate with gilt trim from Minton. The hand painted picture of the young woman is very well done.

This is a side view of her where she is nude and seated on a little blanket. She is holding a shell in one hand and there is a pink flower growing behind here. The background of the plate is a very light blue which doesn't come through in the pictures. The back is marked Gillman and Collamore New York. The plate measures 9½ inches in diameter.

This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. There is no scratching on the plate.
