Set of 4 Vintage Nikko Stone China Blue Multicolor Turkey Dinner Plates 10 1/4

Set of Four (4) Plates. Vintage Turkey Plate by Nikko Stone China, Made in Japan, Hand Painted - we do not know the exact age of this plate but we estimate 1950 to 1970. This plate is primarily held in blue and white transferware; secondarily it is hand painted with multiple colors in enamel. This is an original hand painted decoration - not painted later by amateur. The 10-1/4 diameter dinner plate is clearly marked on the back as shown in the photos.

Very good vintage condition without chips, cracks or repairs. The plate has allover fine crazing of the glaze most noticable in the white fields; it is common to find this kind of superficial crazing of the clear glaze in older china - it is not considered damage. Each plate is a little different - some are lighter blue, some are darker blue etc.

They were made without computer controlled manufacturing equipment and things didn't always become uniformly the same color. Please, view the photos to make sure that you like all the plates.
