Having a Shiny Tin Glaze over its Victorian / Philip Morris Inspired Pattern Of Flowers and Paisley the Plate has a Border encircled with Flowers & the center paisley patten accentuates the Era in which it was created. An exact plate can be found in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC as a premier example of its kind. The plate is in excellent vintage condition, with only very minor area on border - Must See Pics.
