This is only camera glare, please don't confuse it with loss or damage. Made By : Meissen it is the the lovely blue and white pattern called. It measures approximately 9½ inches in diameter.

Beautiful design and this plate has the Meissen crossed sword marks on the base of the tree. It is in very good condition no chips , cracks or restoration and only very minor age related wear to the gilt and some very very minor pin pricks to the lattice work. It is fully backstamped as per picture.
