Very pretty porcelain bone china plate. Decorated with a hand painted scene of Carisbrook Castle framed by gold gilding. With a cobalt blue border with gold dots and gold scrollwork. Marked on the bottom England Coalport AD 1750 with a crown. This mark was used between 1891 and 1920.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
