Historical Staffordshire Blue Dinner Plate Bank United States Philadelphia 1825

Historical Staffordshire blue dinner plate with view of the Bank of the United States Philadelphia by Joseph Stubbs. In perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and appears virtually unused. Does have a in the making imperfection on the rim in the 9 o'clock position that is glazed over.
