Two 10 1/2 Doulton Willow Aster Blue/White plates, 120 year old Mark and impressed Doulton mark on bottom of plates. The marks DO NOT mention England. There is a hand applied number of 9843 on bottom probably the gilders signature. The gold gilding is in really good condition on the edges and also on the pattern. There are no knife marks or marks from silver ware usage. They do have crazing which is to be expected of early manufacture. The plates have no chips or cracks but have yellowed with age which can be corrected. Around the edges are a few pin point size extra clay dots that look as if they happened in the klin.
