This is an extraordinary original piece from Versace's original iconic collaboration with Rosenthal - this is the 2005 Primavera orange-and-yellow colorway - this is not one of the less-expensive anniversary reissues. It is one of the most vibrant and ornate that they produced and as famous as it is in the fashion world, it's also a mainstay in the design and advertising world.
It is covered in poppies and orchids, gold swirls and arabesques. Any time a set or advertising designer wants to denote luxury. Opulence and class - this is the pattern they use. The colorway is a deeply decadent rich persimmon orange with goldenrod, lapis, fuchsia and violet accents. Each plate includes the Medusa logo on the rim.
Each plate is hand-crafted and accented with hand-painting as well as lavish use of hand-painted 24K gold.
