Vintage 40s Dinner Plate Double Eleven Navy Jacket Blouse Excellent Condition. This beautiful jacket/blouse bears the luxury double eleven utility label.
As opposed to the CC41 label, this slightly later label which could be used after 1945, when rationing was still in force, on high end garments. The label depicts the full circle with double lines either side. The label would have indicated perhaps that better quality fabric had been used, or more material. Im not to sure if I should class it as a blouse or a jacket to be honest.
I personally have never worn it as it unfortunately doesnt suit me but as its vintage I have listed as used. Still in excellent condition for its age. The close up photos tend to make it look a little washed out but its not, the photos of the whole garment give the accurate colour. No part of the design are damaged/ missing. I have tried to search for the brand on the label but Ive not been able to find out much unfortunately.
No indication of size on the label either but please see measurements below. Length down centre back 29 inches.
